DF, Packaging with naked and small items.

As we send out as many parcels as we can and a large amount of those containing naked products, bar a few. Roulards being one which is wrapped within cellulosed. I feel this is not as green as we could be.

  • use carboard (taco shape)

Also there are a handful of small products that we send out to our customers, toner tabs and EB. I feel the customer may sometimes over look the product and believe it to be missing, as they may blend in with the eco flow.

  • note on the inside of the box?
  • packaged differently? small box? dividers design looked at?

Thank you for you time :-)

    Hi Dale,

Can you speak to the team and gather a list all the products you are having issues with and the reason why.
    EG. Roulade - cellulose degrading/colour leak/shrinkage
    Bath oils - melting/damage
Toner tabs - lost in parcel etc...

you can add pictures and attach files if you like.

We definitely need to re-think naked packaging for Razzle Dazzle in particular.  Too soft, melts into mush or sticks to the walls of the box in transit.  In store they have tiny purpose-made greaseproof paper bags - why not use the same bags?  Kitchen bath oils are wrapped, why not Razzle Dazzle?
