Internal Intranet/Gumtree Layout for Items that arrive at Green Hub

At the Green Hub we receive hundreds of different items from all around Lush.

Instead of just recycling through main stream route I would like to see an internal intranet/gumtree where Lush Departments can view the list of items we have currently at the Green Hub before purchasing brand new. 

We currently have a member of staff at the Green Hub who records all misc items (non normal waste and recycling) but need a clearer way of communicating to departments. 

Ideally the member of staff could upload photo's/descriptions himself on a daily/weekly basis.

    • Who is is for? Is this for anyone, staff, stores? 
    • How would it work, do they come down to collect?

    It will be for all Lush departments within the Poole Area focusing on re-using items within the company.

    The department fills in a form which is linked to the item they are interested in. Then the person at the Green Hub who would be over viewing the system then accesses to make sure everything is filled in correct and gets the item sent to the department.

    This would then also link with our internal waste transfer form to make sure departments are not requesting items from the intranet/gumtree then a few weeks later sending them back to the Green Hub.
