Global gift images

Currently online the hero image for gifts is a flat lay of the content of the gifts - all with English labels. Here is an example: https://uk.lush.com/products/over-ps30/youre-star-0

This will be ok for most markets, but isn't ideal. Are there any thoughts of what we can do to localise this or make it neutral in the future?

Hi Rachel! Thanks for the Idea, the team will be looking at this in the next circle meeting currently scheduled for next Tuesday and will update you afterwards. In the meantime if you have any other information you think they may need then please upload it here. Thank you! :)

Hi Rach! Based on the 80/20 Global rule, if the photos are good for 80% of our countries, it would be down to the other local countries to produce their own versions, based on our standards and guidelines. Does that make sense? Debx

Thanks Deb, I understand. The only potential major issue is with MENA if we say anything that is deemed inappropriate on the label or have a product name that has had to be changed. They don't currently have a photographer so couldn't reshoot. So this now links to idea GLBDIG-I-307 (Globally relevant images)  - where we maybe think about a Global checklist for photography so we make sure we have all necessary angles shot. Possibly also part of the Global guidelines project Adam is working on? Thanks x
