Holiday management tool for office/support based staff

We really struggle keeping a track of holiday for office/support staff. We trialled Timetastic for a few people which was great but the system itself was a bit buggy. I'd love a tool ready for the new holiday year (01/07/2016) that has workflows for requests and  management approval.
It means from a compliance side we pay people the right holiday if they leave. From a user side it reduces the need to ask how much holiday you have and completing paper forms. From an admin side it reduces the amount of paper forms are completed and stored. From a Lush global view you can see who is on holiday and when.

    Hi! The team over in the Digital Lab will be reviewing this in the next meeting, there are some aspects that need consideration so they'll be getting their heads together and coming up with a plan. We'll keep you all posted! - Danika

    I'd really appreciate this too, to manage mine and our team's annual leave, and an online version would work far better than a paper version. Does a version of this already exist?  I'd love to use it!  B x

    This has been promoted to a feature as part of our Connect project - this will be a work in progress over 6-9 months but we will of course keep you updated.

    Thank you Danika, what a shame that something that will benefit so many staff may be 9 months away.
    Assuming that 9 months may be 12 months, the new holiday year (2017-2018), is there any movement to have a short term solution like Timetastic which is pay as you go, we can turn it off when Connect is ready and migrate data across easily.
    If my thoughts could be relayed back to decision makers it would be appreciated.
