Staff members that work in the same location as our digital facilities will pick-up their orders directly, negating the need for the shipping cost. Previously on our old LUSHCart system, we were able to offer this option so that staff didn't have to pay for this when it wasn't applicable. However, as part of the GA, this is currently not an option, meaning that Customer Care have to do extra work to refund these amounts, something which the small CC team in Australia shouldn't have to do, especially coming in to Christmas.
If it's possible to add a separate Staff discount with free shipping so that those staff members affected don't have to pay the extra amount, it would save staff both time and money. We would still need the current Staff discount, however, so that those working away from Digital, still do pay shipping costs.
