Can we get some guidleines put together on how to use the portal / what kind of things can be submitted to the portal for shops, bearing in mind they also have direct links with some departments at Digital already.
Also some general guidelines around how much sensitive/confidential information can be shared via the portal i.e. restructure, campaigns, seasonal plans etc given that shops can see this information before it's communicated out to them and potentially customers could stumble across the site too. Potentially a filter option when submitting an idea for certain ones so that the information remains locked/private for all users who see it and can only be viewed by the global team?
